Energy Crisis
From the past few years, many are complaining about the price hikes. Every year, people who complain about this crisis increase. People are searching for alternative goods or products that must be at the cheapest price. Most people now don’t use their cars and just commute daily. These are just the few results of energy crisis.
Energy crisis = high prices, high cost of gas & oil, high cost of transportation
One of the major causes is there are few supply, therefore high price. Like in oil, it reached $180 per barrel, and the lowest price this year is about $98. The high price is also a cause that made prices high. Another cause is the over consumption of those energy like, overuse of television, computers, air-conditions, etc. Terrorist attack is also a possible cause. Market failure is possible when monopoly manipulation of markets occur. Pipeline failures and other accidents may cause minor interruptions to energy supplies. Political events, for example, when governments change due to regime change, monarchy collapse, military occupation, and coup may disrupt oil and gas production and create shortages.
The people in the society can make crimes like they’ll rob banks and other crimes that can produce money easily. Oil prices increase then gas prices increase and it’s a disadvantage for consumers and industrialized nations. The macroeconomic implications of a supply shock-induced energy crisis are large, because energy is the resource used to exploit all other resources. When energy markets fail, an energy shortage develops. Electricity consumers may experience blackouts because of not enough supply of energy. In these circumstances a sustained energy crisis may become a humanitarian crisis. Entrepreneurs will now tighten their belts and they will cut costs on their budgets.
Energy crisis must be solved in order to have low prices of everything in the world. Like our electricity bill, it will be a lot cheaper if there are more resources. We should conserve energy. Companies must use solar powered energy. You can also use old kinds of technology like, windmills, etc., like the project of Ayala Nuvali. If energy crisis is already solved, many companies will rise again and it may decrease poverty in the world.

nice work, i liked the way you gave examples on what might happen if energy crisis will still continue...
:D
This article will catch the attention of readers, since it emphasizes the causes of the energy crisis right outside our doorstep (such as commuters).
the content if this article is good because of the evidence that he stated.
"The high is also a cause that made prices high."-maybe u mean high demand here?
lacks attempted solutions to solve the problems. you can improve this by citing some solutions that are done and some of its effects whether good or bad.
you can also add some of your personal opinions or experience in order to help conserve energy in your own home, school, or community.
it attracted my attention because of the good content of this article, you did a good job.
"The high is also a cause that made prices high."
-the high of what?
"You can also use old kinds of technology like, windmills, etc."
-i can't imagine in manila, they are using windmills to conserve energy.
you did not state some attempted solutions.
JR,
I believe that your proposed solutions have been done already. Perhaps, this could form part of your middle ground where you evaluate them then determine or judge which you think is the more doable one. In the revised text, I expect that your middle ground paragraph is quite substantial and that your concluding paragraph meaningful.
great job but i think your possible solution like you've said on the last paragraph that we must use solar energy is not that simple, buying solar panels are really expensive and only rich people can afford them. how can it help poor people? how can poor people contribute conserving energy?
The energy crisis is becoming quite a problem in the world. I agree that if there is energy crisis then there will be higher costs of everything. (I just thank God that at least oil prices are starting to go down here in the Philippines)
I disagree that most people now don’t use their cars and just commute daily. That's a solution of energy Crisis but most people are still using their cars . I like your examples about how the energy Crisis effects.
The content is good but please provide some more effects and causes why this happened. You may also put other solutions for this.
i find it very interesting and crucial that you have taken into account the by-products of what the energy crisis that we face can produce(i.e. the crimes that you have mentioned earlier.)
it is a crucial point not to be overlooked because their drive to do such a deed is rooted from the simple need for survival.
The content was nice and well-explained but some parts of your article was a bit of a haze to me. Perhaps you might want to consider proofreading your article? Some sentences do not make sense and are inconsistent. Overall, the article is a nice read.
The content of the article is nice. Because the effects of energy crisis are clearly stated.
